Q: Where are you located? A: I’m a Home-based business located in Chesapeake. I offer local pickups only. My pickups are located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake.
Q: Do you deliver? A: I can deliver, but I charge an extra fee depending on the location.
Q: What is the timeframe to place orders? A: I ask for a BARE minimum of 3 - 4 weeks’ notice when placing orders. I'm starting to fill up sooner, so you can always reach out before the 3 -4 weeks' time frame.
Q: Do you accept a rush fee for last minute orders or any last minute orders at all? A: No, I'm not accepting any last minute orders at this time. I really need to stick to the time frame that I've asked for above because there are things going on within my life outside of my cookie business which make it difficult to take on any last minute orders! Q: What are your prices? A: My prices start at $75 per dozen and go up from there depending on the details of the designs.
Q: Do you require a deposit? A: Yes, I require 50% down payment to be paid 1 week after the invoice is sent.
Q: What forms of payments do you accept? A: I accept Paypal, Square, or Navy Federal. (the processing fee will be included in the final quote).
Q: What flavors do you offer? A: I only offer vanilla sugar cookies year round. Occasionally I may offer a specialty flavor for my holiday pre-orders.
Q: How many designs do you do per dozen? A: I do 3-4 designs per dozen.
Q: Do you ship? A: No, I don’t ship at this time.
Q: Do you offer refunds? A: Down payments are Non-refundable as stated on the invoice. No refunds will be given for cookies that are already made, including holiday cookies. Any holiday cookies that are left 24 hours after the pickup times have ended will be forfeited with no refund unless other arrangements have been made with me.
Q: Do you provide vegan or gluten-free cookie options? A: No I do not at this time.
Q: How do you package your cookies? A: My cookies are individually placed in bags, that are heat sealed for freshness.
Q: How should I store my cookies once I receive them? A: My cookies can be stored at room temperature. The cookies can also be frozen if you have leftovers, or if you pick up your cookies a week ahead of time. Your cookies don't need to be refrigerated.
Q: Can I freeze your cookies? A: Yes my cookies are able to be frozen.. To freeze the cookies, carefully place them in a tub or ziploc (if using a ziploc, put a cookie sheet under it for stability). Stack the cookies on their sides vs. stacking them on top of one another. If your cookies are packaged in a box you can just leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. Take your cookies out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them. I advise that you DO NOT open the container or ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step because opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
